Aquaphobia / Beginner

Our beginner level classes are designed to help you feel safe, relaxed and confident in the water. Whether you are completely new to swimming or simply wish to build a solid foundation, you will receive attentive guidance from our experienced instructors in a calm and supportive environment.

During our sessions you will:

  • Become familiar and comfortable in the water, including floating and controlled breathing
  • Practise fundamental movements such as kicking, understanding the water and basic crawl strokes, progressing gradually towards independent swimming
  • Develop coordination, body awareness and confidence in your natural movement in the water
  • Benefit from personalised support in small groups, allowing you to learn at your own pace
  • Enjoy yourself, we believe that a positive and enjoyable atmosphere is essential for learning


By the end of the beginner level, our aim is for you to feel confident entering the water, able to swim short distances with control, and to understand the fundamentals of safe aquatic movement. From there, we will continue to develop and refine your skills.
